1. Returns
1.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any jewelry items.
1.2. We recommend checking sizes, product descriptions, and materials before placing your order to ensure that each piece matches your preferences.

2. Damaged products during shipping
2.1. Although we take great care in packaging your jewelry, damage may occasionally occur during transport, such as broken chains, detached parts, or scratches.
2.2. If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@marcoselle.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
2.3. After verification, we will issue a full refund for the damaged product.

3.Exchanges
3.1. We do not offer direct exchanges.
3.2. If you wish to receive another item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred product.

4. Refunds
4.1. Refunds are granted only for products damaged during transport and reported within the specified time frame.
4.2. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Products not eligible for refund
5.1. For hygiene reasons, items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.
